Almost a year ago, Todd Howard, director of Bethesda Games, said that the company "Fallout shelter"The game would arrive on Tesla screens. It arrived, via software update 2020.20, this week, which was first noted on the pilot's platform Teslascope.
Fallout Shelter is the latest – and one of the most modern games – to join Tesla's Arcade, an on-board feature that allows drivers to play video games while the vehicle is parked. He joined 2048, Atari Super Breakout, Cuphead, Stardew Valley, Missile Command, Asteroids, Lunar Lander and Centipede. The arcade also includes a recently improved backgammon game (which means more difficult) as well as chess.
The 2020.20 software update that adds the game, as well as a few other improvements, has not yet reached all Tesla vehicles, including Model 3 in this reporter’s driveway (this vehicle has the update previous 2020.16.2.1, which includes improvements to backgammon and a redesigned Tesla Toybox).
However, the YouTube channel host JuliansRandomProject was one of the lucky few to have received and released a video that gives an overview of Fallout and how it works in the vehicle. Roadshow also discovered and shared the JuliansRandomProject video, which is embedded below.
Fallout Shelter is just one of the new features in the software update. Some features have been added to the steering wheel so owners can use the rocker controls to play, pause and skip video playback in Theater mode, the feature that allows owners to stream Netflix and other videos (in Park).
Tesla has also improved Trax, which allows you to record songs. Trax now includes a piano roll view that lets you edit and refine the notes of a track.
