LG joins Samsung with a massive upgrade to your 4K TV

The Korean technology company has just unveiled the changes, which are now available in the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Austria, giving LG customers access to all content directly from their smart TVs from Disney.

If you own a compatible set, you can now simply click the Disney + icon on LG Home Launcher to start watching.

LG claims to have integrated this service into the webOS platform to provide a smooth and seamless experience.

"The expansion of Disney + in Europe offers new and exciting opportunities for LG customers living in the newly added countries," said Lee Sang-woo, senior vice president of business strategy and content services at LG Home Entertainment Company. "Led by its award-winning OLED TVs, LG is now ready to deliver even more of the best content on some of the most award-winning TVs on the market."

Disney + launched in the UK yesterday and offers hundreds of movies and TV shows for a monthly cost of £ 5.99.

This service offers action from Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars, among other things, and there's a slew of additional content through National Geographic.

You'll also find some shows exclusive to Disney +, including Star Wars: The Mandalorian, High School Musical: The Musical: The Series and The World according to Jeff Goldblum.

There are also Disney, Marvel, Star Wars and Pixar movies with some content that is blasted in full 4K at no extra cost and can binge four people at once.
